How deductibles work

Your deductible is the amount you'll have to pay out of pocket for repairs before your coverage kicks in. If you have a $500 deductible and $1,500 in vehicle damages, you'd pay for the first $500 and we'd cover the rest.

How the claims process works

The accident may have caused damage to your vehicle that isn't immediately clear. It's best to have it inspected to ensure it's safe to drive.

If you're still at the scene, contact us. That way we can get your vehicle moved as quickly as possible. If you need reimbursement for your tow, we will consider reasonable fees and charges if you have towing and labor coverage or physical damage coverage for your car. If you're not involved in an accident, you can request roadside assistance online.

Can I track my claim online?

Yes. Tracking your claim online gives you many distinct advantages, photo and document uploads and the ability to view your estimates and payments. Best of all, you can do this 24/7!

How long does it take to receive payment?

Our goal is to pay and close claims as quickly as possible once we've determined what we owe you based on your coverage.

If your claim is eligible for electronic funds transfer, or EFT, you can speed up the process by choosing this option when you file your claim.
