Guardian management third party invoices

To register for Guardian Anytime as an employer or a TPA, follow the steps below.

  1. From the Guardian Anytime Login screen, click Register.
  2. Click the following option: Guardian Anytime: Benefits through my employer or employers offering benefits to their employees.
  3. Select one of the below and click Start registration.
  4. Review the Guardian Online Terms and Conditions of Use and click I accept.
  5. Complete the required steps and then click Submit registration.

Some groups have an Authorized Approver of Access (AAA) and a message will appear stating your request has been sent for review. In this case, you will receive a follow-up email indicating if the request was approved or denied by the AAA.

If the process is not successful, verify the information was entered correctly. If it continues to fail, contact us at 1-877-500-2386.
